🔄 Heart & Stripes Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Heart & Stripes, we want you to love your gear as much as we loved creating it. If something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.

✅ Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Final Sale items, limited editions, and clearance products cannot be returned.

📩 To start a return, email us at support@heartnstripes.com with your order number and reason for return.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors of the same product (if in stock).
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or a refund.

💲 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.
  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
  • If you received a damaged or wrong product, contact us immediately — we’ll cover shipping and fix it at no cost.
